Add the items you'd like to purchase to your cart and proceed to checkout. At checkout, you'll be charged a $1.00 deposit per item.

Once we receive your order, we'll carefully select your cuts of meat and prepare your order. We'll then send you an invoice based on the actual weight and price per pound of each item. The $1.00 per-item deposit will be applied toward your final total.

The $1.00 price is a deposit only and is not the actual cost of the meat. Each cut of meat has a listed per pound cost.

Because each cut varies in weight, we can't determine the final price until your order is prepared. After we receive your order, we'll select your cuts, weigh each item, and send you an invoice for the remaining balance based on the actual weight and price per pound. Your $1.00 per-item deposit will be credited toward your final total.

After we have filled your order we will send you an invoice. You can pay us with your credit card via the website portal, or through PayPal.

We will contact you when your order is ready for pickup.
